Hometown Highlights: A Little Bit of Sugar, A Little Bit of Spice … Where to Go and What to Eat
Taloola Café offering homemade soup or stew to warm you up on this very wet weekend made even better with a speciality grilled cheese with aged white cheddar or diya diary free (my choice would be diya and fig puree). A fresh approach to salad with their Couscous Delight with whole wheat couscous, shredded carrot, chick peas, raisins, red onion, raw pumpkin seeds and homemade (vegan friendly) vanilla-date dressing on a bed of greens.

Stoney Point - November 22, 2014 - Good Morning! At some point you will be contemplating a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner so I thought I would make your search easy and attempt to feature some fantastic healthy hot spots around the province. You will note a focus on Windsor-Essex and area as we live in Stoney Point and Cornwall as it was my husband’s hometown. I’m also always looking at what there is to do and interesting places and things that catch my eye to check out. Hopefully I’ve made your life a little easier by highlighting these items.
