SNAPSHOT - Kinsmen Boys
Cornwall - Sep. 6, 2011 - The final Kinsmen house league soccer game for the Under 11 Boys was held on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Argentina and Germany came head to head and played a game that kept the spectators at the edge of their seats. At half time Germany was winning 2-0 but Argentina came back with a hat trick scored by Nick Marsolais. The final score was tied 3-3 which meant that the game would have to be decided by a penalty kick shoot-out. Each team chose 5 shooters, and after all 10 shots, the score was still tied up. In sudden death, Paul Davidson scored the goal which ended up making it a win for Argentina. Paul Davidson (back-up goalie) also made the winning save to help his team capture the championship. "What an exciting finsih to a very successful season". said Argentina coach Rob Davidson. "Our players showed great determination and team work all year long".
